Your ARGOS experts. ARGOS (Chief of Staff) is always on; turn a subordinate expert off and its data isn't pulled and its lens isn't applied — even if the source is connected.

ARGOS writes its replies, brief and notifications in this language. You can still write to ARGOS in any language.
English and German are available now. Other languages will be added in a future release.

Downloads a ZIP containing your portable ARGOS data plus a manifest. Other users' data, system administration records, and OAuth access or refresh tokens are excluded.

Permanently wipes everything ARGOS has stored about you — your profile edits & notes, objectives, expert setups, schedules & notifications, accountability history, travel itinerary, protein log, uploaded files, and all connected accounts. This cannot be undone. ARGOS will restart and come back empty; you'll need to reconnect and onboard again.
Data sources ARGOS can pull from. Each source is owned by an Expert — turn the Expert off (Settings ▸ Experts) to stop its data being used, even if connected.
Click Connect to authorize a source right here. It opens the provider's sign-in, then stores the connection securely. First-time setup of each provider's OAuth client is in docs/connectors-setup.md.
Your explicit sex and date of birth let ARGOS use appropriate age- and sex-specific context. ARGOS never infers these details.
Time-bound focus that should shape decisions and stay visible in the Daily Brief. Leave the end date blank to keep it active until you end it.
Choose which Google calendars your Chief of Staff uses for the Daily Brief, agenda, reasoning, goals dashboard and leave-by alerts. Unchecked calendars are ignored everywhere. Calendars you haven't overridden follow their visibility in Google Calendar.

Guidance the Chief of Staff uses to arbitrate between experts. It informs trade-offs but never overrides your non-negotiables.
Review and complement your onboarding information. Existing answers stay on file and are prefilled; only changes you explicitly save update your profile.
Durable things ARGOS has learned about you — preferences, tendencies, decisions and facts distilled from past conversations. This is injected into every reply so ARGOS keeps getting smarter without re-reading the whole history. It updates automatically as you use ARGOS; you can edit or remove anything here.
